Narrative description of Project: Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway plays an important role on developing the socioeconomic activities in the provinces and cities around Ho Chi Minh City.
The project has the total length of 45km, goes across Ho Chi Minh City, Long An and Dong Nai provinces. The expressway is designed with 4 lanes in Phase I and 8 lanes in Phase II
