General description of the Project:

Ha Noi – Lang Son Expressway (Sta. 1+800 – Sta. 45+100) has total length of 43,3Km. The beginning point of the project is located at interchanges with national highway No.11 at Sta. 1+800 in Dong Dang town, Cao Loc district and the ending point is located at Sta. 45+100 in Sao Mai ward, Chi Lang district, Lang Son Province. Phase 1 of the project is designed for 04 traffic lanes, designed speed is 80Km/h.

The service contract amount is approximately 36 billion of Vietnam dong.
