Narrative description of Project: Bridge cross Red River connecting Son Tay Town with Vinh Tuong District (Vinh Phuc Province), place in National Road 2C, belong to Ring Road No.5 of Ha Noi City. After complete, this bridge will be connect to some expressway as: Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway, Ho Chi Minh Road. It contribute to promote socioeconomic development of satellite towns of Ha Noi City.
Bridge is designed with 16.5m width face, 4 lanes, 3.5m width with each lane, ensure for the speed of 80km/h. The total investment was predicted about: 2.323 billions Dong. The source of invested capital was loaned from Korean Economy Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and corresponding capital of Viet Nam.

Pursuant to plan, Vinh Thinh Bridge will be started in the first quarter of 2011 and will be completed in December, 2012.
